 Everyone here at Dean's Tank, Inc., from the service professionals to the office staff, is dedicated to exceeding your expectations.
We have 20 years of experience removing these tanks. Regardless if they’re in a standard, walkout or crawl space basement, we have and will remove them.
First we will pump all the product out of the tank, to avoid any accidental leakage. Then if necessary cut it up for removal. We will avoid this if possible so unwanted fumes will not be released. All ventilation is the customers responsibility.
Once the tank is out we will remove all accessible piping. Fill and vent pipes and whatever supply piping to the furnace. We do not remove piping from underneath the basement floor, we’ll just blow all the residual product out and then seal it at both ends.
Finally we insulate and cement the fill and vent pipe holes up in the basement wall. This process varies greatly, depending on siding, depth of pipes and accessability. We will do what ever possible to get the job done to your specifications.
